An eligible order counts once when it becomes paid. Later refunds or cancellations do not reverse usage already recorded.

Kaching publishes its tiers as “monthly orders.” Its pricing page does not specify the same attribution exclusions as Gosho Cart. We do not assume how unpublished exceptions are handled.

Order bands advance automatically within the approved limit. If the spending limit needs to increase, you approve that change through Shopify.
Stay in control
See your usage in Plans. Schedule cancellation there at the end of the current cycle. Resuming before it ends requires a new Shopify approval.
