Service Scope

Gosho Cart provides merchants with tools to create and manage slide cart modules, cart upsells, cart automation rules, discount-linked configurations, and related analytics surfaces in Shopify.

Account and Access

• You must have authority to install and manage apps for the Shopify store where Gosho Cart is installed.
• You are responsible for your Shopify account settings, store configuration, and staff access controls.

Billing and Tiers

• Paid tiers are billed through Shopify billing infrastructure and app billing APIs.
• For new paid merchants, Shopify approval creates a recurring Launch base plus a capped usage line for higher order bands in the billing cycle. Only orders with confirmed Gosho Cart participation are counted. A directly attributed order counts once when it first reaches a paid or paid-like state. A later refund or cancellation does not reverse usage already recorded for the app service.
• If billing is not active or confirmed, some app capabilities may be restricted based on billing compliance logic.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with app reliability, security, or infrastructure.
• Do not use the app to misrepresent product pricing, discount behavior, shipping thresholds, gift eligibility, or customer-facing offer terms.

Cancellation and Uninstall

You can schedule cancellation in Plans inside the app. Your current billing cycle remains active until its end; no new cycle starts after cancellation takes effect. Resuming before the cycle ends requires a new Shopify billing approval. Order bands advance automatically within the approved spending limit; increasing that limit requires Shopify approval.

You may stop using the app by uninstalling it from Shopify. Uninstalling ends app access to your shop and triggers uninstall data handling workflows described in our privacy policy, including Shopify privacy compliance workflows where applicable.

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Gosho Cart is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed, retained, and protected.

Disclaimer

Gosho Cart is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times, but we work to maintain stable and reliable app operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Gosho Cart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use. Merchant remains responsible for store operations and final pricing decisions.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
